Debrief of Site Visit to Sunrise Park

Talk given by John Semmelhack, Kelly Eplee and Overton McGehee at the Spring Institute for Lived Theology 2006 in Charlottesville, Virginia. Semmelhack discusses the Charlottesville City Design Center and its role in facilitating the redevelopment of Sunrise Park in partnership with Habitat for Humanity. McGehee and Eplee, executive director and development director, respectively, of Charlottesville Habitat for Humanity, share the strategies used, work ethic and collaboration of community and nonprofit in the redevelopment of Sunrise Park. A Q&A session follows the presentation.
